Media ethics/ law
The one I looked at included libel and the 1st amendment. This article just went on talking about how they want to change the libel laws and that it could infringe the first amendment and also that because of the law reporters might not want to touch some of the stories that come out.

It's an interesting case which would limit the reporter's defense that a story was true, and therefore not libelous. Could be dangerous if the court agrees.
