In this the propaganda that is shown is as nauseam and beautiful people. It does so because this ad repeatedly has Lebron say, "What should I do." It is repeated many times. Beautiful people because they use well known Lebron James to sell Nike products.
It's also one of the longest commercials ever, increasing the ad nauseam effect. Usually ads are from 30 seconds to 1 minute.
